Urnova is one of the main investors in this project of more than sixty hectares in a setting of singular scenic beauty and just a few metres from Son Bou beach, the longest stretch of coastline in Menorca. The planning contemplates the residential typology with detached single-family dwellings or in residential and hotel complexes.
