Sector located in Sanxenxo, one of the most important and exclusive tourist destinations in Galicia. The area of the sector has a surface area of 1,175,980 m² and its partial plan foresees the construction of a golf course, a maximum of 1,410 dwellings and a reserve for hotel use.
