Urnova has successfully completed the sale of its 39,000 m² building land next to the river Spree, which is part of the Media Spree plan, a major urban transformation project in Berlin.

Between the East Railway Station and the north bank of the Spree River, Stralauer Platz in Berlin-Friedrichshain is where the longest section of the Berlin Wall ends. In the immediate vicinity of the East Side Gallery, two new high-rise buildings are rising up. The area is protected by heritage, which is reflected in the design concept comprising a hotel and flats.
